Champions Bro Goronwy slipped up at home when Penrhyndeudraeth took all three points with Steve Jones netting the only goal of the game in the 57th minute. Trearddur Bay, who are unbeaten away from home inflicted another home defeat on Bethel with a 5-0 victory. Barry Haigh opened the scoring for the Islanders after 12 minutes with Barry Lavelle, Gareth Wyn Roberts (2) and Ian Williams all on the scoresheet. Bontnewydd taught Bangor University another lesson with a 3-1 home win with Aled Steele, Steve Tindall and Alun G Williams their scorers with Robin Gibbons responding for the Students.
