Penrhyn close gap

Two goals from Mathew Hughes after 2 and 58 minutes helped CPD Penrhyndeudraeth win 4-0 at CPD Bontnewydd to close the gap on the top two in their quest to become the Gwynedd League champions. Penrhyn had surged into a three goal lead at the interval with further strikes from Carwyn Price and Dylan Williams.

The match between Llanllyfni and Bethel had to be called off due to a saturated surface after heavy overnight snow in the Penygroes area.
