Allan Rowlands of Llangefni wins Top Referee Award.
Allan Rowlands of Llangefni has been voted the Top Referee in the Gwynedd Football League for last season and was presented with his award by the League's Vice Chairman John Baston. Allan took charge of this season's Gwynedd Safeflue Shield Final between Penrhyndeudraeth and Llanllyfni.
