In a fitting tribute to former League Chairman Bob Owen, Llanberis added silverware to their season by winning the Bob Owen Memorial Shield in a tense and thrilling final against Aberffraw played at the Oval in Caernarfon, eventually overcoming the Anglesey side with a 4-3 victory.
