Llyfni have one hand on League title

Llanllyfni dismissed their weekend Cup disappointment to beat and end title rivals Y Felinheli's hopes of winning the League after tonight's 2-0 win thanks to a first half stoppage goal from Gerwyn Williams and a second on 81 minutes through Adrian Griffiths. The three points mean Llanllyfni must not lose their final game at home next Saturday against other title hopefuls Llanystumdwy who can still pip them to the title on goal difference providing Llanystumdwy win both their final matches, starting tomorrow night against long time league leaders Bontnewydd who have faltered at the final hurdle.
