Hotspur and Llannerch-y-medd make progress

Holyhead Hotspur booked their passage into the second round following their 3-1 extra time win over Bangor University. Jordan Jones gave Hotspur a 38th minute lead that looked the decisive goal until the Students replied via Daniel Sterner with seven minutes left on the clock. The home side were not to be denied and scored twice during the first period of extra time through Ryan Jones and Luke J Roberts.

League leaders Llannerch-y-medd are through to the Semi-Finals after coming from behind to beat Waunfawr 3-1 at Coed Helen.
